Children’s Emotional Wellbeing Support for Healthcare Professionals

 

Children often present in primary care with anxiety, stress-related symptoms & sleep difficulties, resulting in repeat appointments without lasting solutions. Our brochure explains how Little Mind Masters provides early intervention strategies that help children manage worries, build resilience & improve emotional regulation. By supporting children sooner, we reduce demand on GP & nursing time while preventing issues from escalating into more complex mental health concerns.

About the Recordings

GCSE exams can feel overwhelming for many young people, affecting their confidence, focus, sleep and emotional wellbeing. These calming downloadable recordings have been created to help your child feel more relaxed, focused and emotionally prepared during exam season.

The first recording is designed to be listened to in the build up to exams, helping to reduce anxiety, improve confidence, strengthen memory recall and encourage a calmer mindset during revision and preparation.

The second recording is a shorter “exam day” audio, created specifically for listening to before going into school or the exam hall. It includes a simple calming “anchor” technique your child can use quietly during their exam to regain focus, calm and control whenever they need it.
